This teen is the first woman to compete for the Philippines at the Winter Olympics
17-year-old Tallulah Proulx is the first female and youngest athlete to represent the Philippines in the Winter Olympics. The ski racer is competing in both Giant Slalom and Slalom in Milan’s games.
