Netflix Reportedly Weighing Bid for Warner Bros. Discovery

Netflix is actively exploring a bid for Warner bros. Discovery studio and streaming businesses, according to reports. Needham & Co. Senior Entertainment & Internet Analyst believes that a deal would be worth it for Netflix, but only at the right price. If a deal were to fall through, however, Martin also sees Netflix as still in a strong position by doing a lot of things that are trying to “maximize revenue from their IP.” She joined Carol Massar and Tim Stenovec on ‘Bloomberg Businessweek Daily’ to discuss the deal, and what other possible buyers might be out there.
