US Midterm Election 2026 Result LIVE: Ossoff Beats Mike Collins as Georgia Senate SHOCKS TRUMP | USA

Jon Ossoff’s re-election victory in Georgia marks a major development in the 2026 US Midterm Elections. The Democratic senator defeated Republican Congressman Mike Collins, who had received Donald Trump’s endorsement.

Trump had campaigned for Collins and made Georgia a key part of the Republican effort to defend its Senate majority. Ossoff, meanwhile, made his opposition to Trump’s policies, government accountability, healthcare costs and the economy central themes of his campaign.

Now, as Ossoff speaks following his victory, attention turns to his message to Georgia voters, his criticism of the Trump administration and what the result means for the president’s political standing ahead of the next phase of his presidency.

Watch our LIVE coverage of Ossoff’s remarks, the reaction from Republicans and Democrats, and the wider implications for the balance of power in Washington.
