It’s been nearly 30 years since Princess Diana was laid to rest, now her brother, Charles Spencer –9th Earl Spencer– is out with a new book about his sister, from a brother’s perspective. It’s titled, “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister.” Spencer says he hopes to show readers of all ages who she really was as a person. He joins Morning Joe to discuss the book and his sister.
