‘He has lost movement’: ICE shooting victim facing paralysis, lawyer says
“He has lost movement on the entire left side of his body.” Attorney Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch broke disturbing new details to CNN’s Erin Burnett about Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, the 28-year-old Venezuelan shot by an ICE agent.
She told CNN that ICE jeopardized Perez’s life by transferring him 100 miles to a detention center with a bullet still lodged in his back, no pain medication, and bleeding.
