Putin rejects Zelensky’s G20 talks offer as Canada boosts Ukraine support | DW News
As the Russia-Ukraine war heads for what could be a pivotal winter, Vladimir Putin has once again rejected an offer to sit down face-to-face on neutral ground by Ukrainian President Zelenskyy. The Russian leader ruled out meeting Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the upcoming G20 summit in the United States. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called talks in Miami “impossible.” Zelenskyy made the talks offer in an exclusive interview with DW journalist Misha Komodovsky.
