Afghan Deportations Fuel Humanitarian Strain
Millions of Afghans have returned from Pakistan and Iran in recent years, including many who had never lived in Afghanistan, as both Pakistan and Iran step up deportations. BBC Chief International Correspondent Lyse Doucet is on Bloomberg This Weekend and says women and girls face an especially stark transition under Taliban restrictions that bar them from secondary and university education and many jobs.
