Hospital chaplain testifies in Lindsay Clancy trial
A hospital chaplain testified Thursday that Lindsay Clancy, speaking from her hospital bed days after killing her three children and attempting to take her own life, said she was “so glad” they were “safe.” Defense attorneys for Clancy, who is charged with murder, argue she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and extreme mental illness and should not be held criminally responsible for the killings.
