EU, Ukraine seal drone deal amid Russian attacks | DW News
The EU and Ukraine are teaming up to build more drones. EU Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen sealed a new deal on a surprise trip to Kyiv as Ukraine marked its statehood day. Her visit was interrupted by a drone alert – a reminder of daily life for Ukrainians as Russian attacks continue, and as Kyiv continues strikes on Russian energy sites.
