“When you have a fraud on the court, former judges care”: Fmr. judge on Trump’s IRS settlement

In a striking new brief, dozens of bipartisan former judges are calling for an investigation into President Trump’s settlement with the IRS that led to the creation of Trump’s $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund. They argue that the deal is “a product of collusion and fraud on the court.” One of the judges who filed that brief, retired U.S. District Judge Shira Scheindlin of the Southern District of New York, joins Chris Jansing to discuss.
