Clyburn RIPS White House on South Carolina redistricting fight

Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) blamed the White House for the South Carolina state legislature’s attempt to redraw his congressional district, saying they were taking orders from the Trump administration. Clyburn said he doesn’t know what the potential new congressional map might look like, but vowed he will run where he lives.
