Professional sports owner Ryan Smith on what’s surprised him the most
Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth owner Ryan Smith told CNBC’s Alex Sherman that one of the most surprising things about becoming a team owner is how “sports has become an asset class that everyone’s kind of running to.”
“The live experiences that people are running to is kind of not that surprising because it is the antithesis of AI,” Smith said. “People want to feel, people want to convene.”
