LIRR strike snarls NYC commutes as negotiations continue


Long Island Rail Road riders are bracing for hours-long commutes as a salary fight between the nation’s busiest commuter rail line and its employees forced a systemwide shutdown, the first in more than 30 years. Metropolitan Transportation Authority Chair Janno Lieber joins Bloomberg Surveillance Radio to discuss the state of ongoing talks between the agency and unions.
