After then-Vice President Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election, Democrats wanted to know where the party went wrong. But a long-awaited autopsy promised by DNC Chair Ken Martin was never released. Now senior Harris’ campaign manager, Rob Flaherty is sharing his diagnosis of what led to her loss.
In his analysis, Flaherty writes that Democrats had tactics, ads, creators, social media, and viral moments. What they did not have, he argues, was a brand.
