Rare mass shooting in Ukraine
At least six people are dead and another 15 injured after a man opened fire on civilians in a Kyiv street on Saturday before taking hostages in a nearby supermarket, Ukrainian authorities said. CNN’s Sebastian Shukla explains why this is a rare event for the country.
